Very good communication via email with customer service
Unfortunately, after 1 week, my cat water fountain stopped working as it should. But with email support from customer service, I received a new one, and it works perfectly. Happy cats, happy owner. Almost a year ago, I bought a drinking fountain for the cats. Very handy device. Now it suddenly stopped working, but the construction is such that you can easily fix many problems yourself. I asked customer service for help and they responded immediately. A very decent company!
