Very good communication via email with customer service
Unfortunately, after 1 week, my cat water fountain stopped working as it should. But with the help of customer service via email, I received a new one, and it works perfectly. Happy cats, happy owner. This is the first time I've experienced such helpful and fast communication with a company, compliments to them. I will definitely order from JC pets again if needed.

Good customer service
I bought a drinking fountain for the cats almost a year ago. A very handy device. Now it suddenly stopped working, but the construction is such that you can easily fix many problems yourself. I asked customer service for help and they responded immediately. A very decent company!
