We always do our utmost to deliver all our orders within 24 hours on working days. During busy periods it can sometimes take a bit longer, so keep an eye on your tracking. Orders to Belgium generally take 2 working days.

Throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, you pay no shipping costs on all our products from €20. Below €20 you pay €2.99 in shipping costs.

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email service@jcpets.com with your order number as soon as possible. We'll then try to cancel or change the order.

We can't guarantee this will be possible.

At the moment, we only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium.

If you'd like to return your order, you can email service@jcpets.nl within 14 days of receiving it. You'll then receive return instructions. After that, you have 7 days to hand the product, in its original condition, to the courier.

Once received, the product will be inspected. If everything is in order, you'll receive your refund within 14 days.
