What is the delivery time?

We always do our utmost to deliver all our orders within 24 hours during business days. Sometimes it can take a little longer during busy periods. Therefore, always keep a close eye on your track and trace. Orders to Belgium will generally take 2 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the whole of the Netherlands and Belgium, you pay no shipping costs for all our products from 20 euros upwards. Below 20 euros, you pay € 2.99 shipping costs.

Can I still cancel/change my order?

Should you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email as soon as possible to service@jcpets.com with your order number. We will then try to cancel or change the order.

We cannot guarantee that this will be successful.

Which countries do you deliver to?

At present, we only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium.

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, you can send an email to service@jcpets.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then receive return instructions. After this, you have 7 days to hand over the product in its original condition to the delivery service.

Upon receipt, the product will be inspected. If everything is in order, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
