We always do our utmost to deliver all our orders within 24 hours on working days. However, during busy periods, it may sometimes take a little longer. Therefore, always keep a close eye on your track and trace. Orders to Belgium will generally take 2 working days.

Within the entire Netherlands and Belgium, you pay no shipping costs for all our products from 20 euros upwards. For orders under 20 euros, you pay € 2.99 shipping costs.

Should you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email to service@jcpets.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will then try to cancel or change the order.

We cannot guarantee that this will be successful.

At the moment, we only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium.

If you wish to return your order, you can send an email to service@jcpets.nl within 14 days after receiving your order. You will then receive return instructions. After this, you have 7 days to hand over the product in its original condition to the delivery service.

Upon receipt, the product will be inspected. If everything is in order, you will receive your money back within 14 days.
