Delivery time/shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 23:00 are usually shipped the same day. On the product page you will find an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated product prices include shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium. 

Delivery is made via the postal worker or parcel delivery service of DHL. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Cooling-off period/returns
It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or there may be another reason why you do not want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.75 per package; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via service@jcpets.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this reduction in value on to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.
