Returns
After cancelling your order, you have 14 days to return the product to us. Once we have received your return in good order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. The costs for returning your package to our webshop are at your own expense. These amount to 6.50 euros per package.

The processing of a return can take up to a maximum of 14 working days after the package has arrived at our return address. Converted, this usually comes down to approximately 18 to 20 normal days. This is because we work with a specialized company that handles all returns for us. They receive many packages daily and carefully inspect each product. Therefore, we cannot process a return immediately on the day of receipt.

The sender of the package remains responsible for sending the return. If a package does not arrive at our return address, we ask you to contact the chosen shipping carrier yourself to investigate this further.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be in original condition, in the original packaging and without damage. All supplied accessories must also be present. Is the product defective or are you experiencing an issue? Then first contact us via service@jcpets.nl, so we can look for a suitable solution together. Defective products do not need to be returned.

After registration, we ensure that the amount due is refunded as soon as possible, no later than 14 working days after receipt of the return, provided that the product has been received correctly by us.

If the product is damaged or used, or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge a reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is returned properly and securely packaged.
